Sex and Ageing
Posted on Monday, December 11 @ 07:04:45 UTC by webmaster

By Jonatas Dornelles

How people could react to certain alterations in sexuality, as determined by the age factor, can differ a great deal. For example, some teenager could react to his tremendous sexual urges by behaving in as rebellious a manner as aggressive towards females. Another could fall in love and talk his girlfriend into making love to him. Likewise, upon coming to an age and going up against alterations in their sexual response, some men become reclusive, turning short-fused and withdrawn.

Others leave theirs wives and go for new flesh and exquisite spices, in their quest for the horse power of youth. Most humanly functions, like the capacity for learning and physical strength, would get improved and decay in accordance to a pattern established by age. Moreover, it?s reasoned that both sexes follow similar threads in these patterns. Although, being not the case in sexuality.

Men reach their sexual peak aged 17th or 18th or thereabouts, and display some slow decline afterwards. Women reach their peak in sex drive from 35 to 45 years of age, and then start going down hill in a slower pace than men do.

Sexual urges, much as the capability for inducing orgasm, are kept alive past their nineties. Fifty something men usually take longer to reach full hardon, have lesser control over ejaculation, shoot less semen load and take longer to get sexually aroused past each orgasm.

Broadly, these men won?t notice that shooting time is due. Meaning, they no longer go through the stage of ?ejaculation avoidance?. This outstanding disadvantage is, however, evened out by the heighten pleasure reached in orgasm unlikely the young stud.

Sexual response by the women post menopause (which ensues in their mid-fifties) may oscillate a lot. By and large, she who keeps up with a regular sexual life would keep her sex drive longer than the one who doesn?t get herself a fling every so often.

Whilst she ages further gradual alterations take place in her sexual response, rather noticeable from sixty-five onwards. Vaginal fluids start to run slow and muscular twitching within orgasm become less vigorous and quite rare. Besides, erotic input is commonly referred as less intense.

Paradoxally, bodily alterations resulted from the sudden drop in production of female hormones, post-menopause, won?t rebound straight on the woman?s sex drive. Society wise, it?s estimated that roughly 25% of the women aged seventy plus still rely on masturbation, and many manage to retain on to the ability for inducing multiple orgasms.

It?s thought currently that sexual abstinence of the woman past her fifties or sixties doesn?t spring from biological drawbacks, but psychological and cognitive patterns instead.

As in, when elderly women miss their partners, they tend not to look for replacement, unless being highly sexually active and resting profoundly assured and confident of themselves.
